CTC Breakthrough Coaching

The CTC Coaching model is a comprehensive and systematic approach to helping clients achieve their goals. The model is based on breakthrough mindset principles supported by CTC Therapy to clear mental blocks, to help clients get their breakthrough results. The model also focuses on helping clients clear their body and mind of negative energies associated with their desired results.
The CTC Coaching model uses five steps, which are abbreviated to VCOCD. The steps are:
- V: Very Important Outcome: This step is to help the client clarify their desired outcome. The outcome should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant/ reasonable, and time-bound.
- C: Cleansing Mental Blocks for Outcome: This step is to help the client identify and overcome any mental blocks that are preventing them from achieving their outcome.
- O: Options of Strategy: This step is to help the client brainstorm a list of possible strategies for achieving their outcome.
- C: Cleansing Mental Blocks for Options: This step is to help the client identify and overcome any mental blocks that are preventing them from choosing the best strategy that are not usual.
- D: Decisions: This step is to help the client make a decision and commit to a plan of action.
The CTC Coaching model can be used to help clients with a variety of issues, including business, leadership, sales, parenting, interpersonal relationships, changing ineffective behaviors, self-esteem, goal setting, self-development, trauma, and phobias.
